We are now completely non smoking and also no children under 7 years old, sorry!

Our 4 en-suite bedrooms are clean and comfortably furnished, with T.V's, tea and coffee making facilities, shaver points, alarm clocks, continental quilts (or blankets if preferred), hair driers and controllable heating. Bathrooms all have electric power showers. Ironing and shoe cleaning facilities are available on request.

Our dining room has been refurbished and each room has its own table. We offer a superb cooked breakfast or just anything light that you may prefer, just ask!! We also offer the choice to book an evening meal if required. All meals are cooked fresh to order, using fresh local produce as much as possible. Some special diets can be catered for if arranged at time of booking.

We have various sized bedrooms, all en-suite, each capable of accommodating from one to three guests. We also have ground floor accommodation suitable for the mobility impaired. Please ask at time of booking.

If the weather is not too good we have a cosy sun lounge to relax in, serving tea & coffee with home made cakes.

Finally, we can often book your return car ferry, with Red Funnel via Southampton and East Cowes, at reduced rates, just ask us for a quote. If you are coming over without a vehicle we can arrange to collect you from Shanklin Rail Station, just ask us!!
